Re: ChrisMartenson.com mentioned in Mike Rupperts Blog

    Hi Paul,

It’s great to find someone who has read his stuff.  I don’t bring it up here to often because his view is somewhat controversial.  This is where I first got into his research and have been enthralled ever since.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzBtE__mZlI

His book is where I first learned of Peak Oil.  What struck me most in his book was first how accurate his predictions have become since.  Also, I always had a weird feeling about 9/11 and he really spelled out compelling evidence of all that was going on that day.  I noticed he kept repeating that "Wall Street is the CIA and the CIA is Wall street"

After just finishing the book, it is all overwhelming and frankly scary as shit.  So, I can just tell you that it was an incredible read.  I never look at anything the same since.  Maybe I should have taken the red pill.

This book is the only book on this subject in the Harvard Library and there has been no one to refute it.  He has a new book coming out shortly which I am looking forward to.

Sure does.  I think it was a compliment.  He has been on the Peak Oil topic for years and I think the message is finally catching on that we are in big trouble.

      Re: Warning! Warning! Warning!

    Vanityfox451,

I appreciate your post.  Every day more and more people are desperately trying to figure out how to get through this.  This is all collapsing so quickly and no one is prepared to what may happen next.  That is why I appreciate this site so much. Chris gives me a map of how to prepare for the next shoe to drop and most of the posters here are so very smart.  I am so out of my league but want to contribute in any way that I can.

This is a serious, serious time we live in and unfortunately many will suffer.

Frankly, Investorzzo I am offended by your remarks.  We haven’t even spoken to each other.  We help people every day modifiy their loans and I wanted to reach out to see if we could help you.  Am I missing something??

    Unbelievable!

For the record we are a reputable company that help many people everyday modify their loans so that they can stay in their homes and avoid foreclosure.

I won’t make the mistake to offer you assistance in the future.

      Re: Political Bias

The big wealthy business interests are what you should be concerned about not the politics.  The politicians are irrelevant and are there to give you the idea that you have the freedom of choice, You don’t.  It wasn’t the republicans or democrats who put us in the situation.  It was the "real owners" of this country.

Don’t get caught up in this two party paradigm we live in.  It’s all an illusion.  They are two sides of the same coin.

I totally understand having your moral believes and values, but don’t think for a minute that these guys in Washington give a *#$$% about you or what party you are affiliated with.

I’m certainly not speaking for Chris, buy one thing I never got was a political agenda on this site.  I see him looking at the big picture here.

    Sorry for the rant

      The Truman Show

I just finished watching The Truman Show with Jim Carey on TBS.  When he starts figuring out that everything is a sham is exactly how I feel now.  Seems like everything is smoke and mirrors and people are starting to realize that we are being taken for fools.

    Just an observation.

      Re: Must See

Alex Jones is nothing but disinformation.  80% truth to get you thinking, but the other 20% um…

I don’t think he knows he is doing it, but it keeps him in business.

Unfortunately, while he had good intentions, he ruined the 911 truth movement.  He made it look like a circus and no one who could really do something would take him seriously.
