Dr Hyman and Leo Galland on COVID + Microbiome

Good reference Kevin, I brought up the matter of gut health and Bifidobacter some time ago too. I got the hint from a video with Dr. Mc Cullough.

This “gang of critters” are responsible for the production of a whole range of Vitamins  as B1, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B9. My favorites are B1 (Thiamine) and of  course B3 (Niacin). Thiamine is indirectly supporting the immune system by strengthening cell metabolism and hence cell health.

A little known fact -> Vit B1 (Thiamine) deficiency, or at least lower level, is present in Western countries due to refined grains and the general high alcohol consume (alcohol is an inhibitor to Thiamine). Also persons with HIV/AIDS or diabetes have reduced serum levels of Thiamin (Vit B1).

When I had my flirt with covid I took a supplement that had beside zinc a good shot B1 inside. Based on the outcome it must have done well.

As for the Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, there is a natural source for it -> Kiwi

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29152256/

A few Bifidobacter supplements however are available.

      Reduced cardio capacity after vaxxination?

Big thanks again Dave, sure the integrated healthcare provider and our “beloved” insurance companies should meanwhile know more.

And btw… one German Newspaper is puzzled about the suddenly number of heart disease cases in the professional football scene. They list 24 cases of cardiac events. For some not-Germans this comes on the back of a controversy about one famous German national football player who refuses to take the shot – and hence, is getting “adequately treated”  by the media.

Thanks all (in particular Dave, brush & Pappy) for your examples and comments.

Well… another (and for me important) point to keep resisting the shot. As mentioned during my young years I was a very active runner but my work life put a break on this. Since 2 years I restarted and do the 5 km in 25min again… (at almost 60). My overall feeling is good and was not sick for years – except my flirt with covid for 2-3 days last year. So, you might understand that I don’t want to change this.

    @Pappy
: I had my flirt with covid last year September. That was during my off exercise time (summer is very hot here and August/September humid on top). So when I restarted running end October I felt really sluggish. But I stubbornly kept going on and after 3 month I felt ok with my performance – of course not like now.

But hey, because Blagger & Dave mentioned Niacin… the Niatonin protocol comes to my mind again (Flush Niacin and Melatonin)! And here taking Melatonin ahead of the Niacin allows a much higher Niacin intake without going through the “purgatory”.

Gavin Newsom in hiding after taking a booster 11 days ago…

Well… as I read he has choose the J&J.

Hmm… that makes me thinking if he got the same reaction my brother had, he might be out of action for two weeks.

As I mentioned earlier, my brother got the J&J shot 3 month ago and he was unable to work for a bit more than 2 weeks. The last I heard from him he has still follow up consultation with doctors.

UK Government trying to conceal that all-cause mortality is up 15%

Yeah Dave, sounds like insured drivers are more safety conscious as uninsured drivers hence, the higher accident rate of the insured drivers….

Reply To: CEO of Pfizer arrested, charged with fraud – media blackout

Although, it would be too good to be true… Lead Story’s Fact check is for this matter a all but credible source too. Just have a look at their fact check stories and you will know what I mean.

For the meantime, before we don’t get more I am with Sager and with richcabot.

Well… possibly you got rid of the cov-bug through your measure.

Btw, I had the same last year – low grad fever and body pain. And I managed it also with Vit-D, Vit-B1, Zinc and Quinine and some other stuff.  In 2 1/1 days it was over.

Reply To: MUST WATCH: Dr. Nathan Thompson, vaccine destroys patients immune system

This is a real life confirmation of at least a part of that what was published in this article ->

Comprehensive investigations revealed consistent pathophysiological alterations after vaccination with COVID-19 vaccines

Anyhow, I have my own “lab rat” – my boss. 😀   He told me some days ago that he will get his 5th !!! shot soon. (he had Sinopharm 1 + 2 and PF/BNT 1 + 2).  So, for my own interest I am watching him closely.

Pfizer is still playing with dosage?

Maybe what it is, is the pfizer is still playing with dosage? They wanted to see the effects at different doses.

Well Friedrich, as I remember one issue with the mRNA technology was the lipid particle envelope.

If I remember right it was toxic and all ended up in an “hick hack” as…. higher dose – toxicity kicks in, lower dose – the active substance is ineffective.

Also I remember Robert Malone… if you get vaxxinated, you participate in the phase III trials.

I slowly get sick… but not from covid.

The nastiest white person in Africa had to hand over 30% of his wages in taxes; to Africa. He had no choice.

Hmm, and as I see it… now the nastiest (often) white person(s) in the US are handing over to the country nearby 0% of their wages in taxes.  Because they have a choice… or rather the system is designed  so in a way that they always are permitted to have the choice.
