How to start taking the Flush Niacin

Don’t really understand why someone would want a non flush type…

Well, what many people don’t understand is how to start taking Niacin. I read on Amazon many comments like “… burning like hell – this should be forbidden” or “I almost died” etc.

Then I look at the brand and the dosage and I see 1000mg per pill. And then I look back to the picture of the commenter and see a rather decent lady (just for example). Hmmm

Well, if someone with a decent body (<50kg/125lb) is so courageous and takes the first time a 1000mg True Niacin pill… he will certainly experience the purgatory if not hell. 😀

The best is to do the following:

if  decent body mass (<55kg/120lb) -> start with 250mg and if no flush take the next time 500mg. With 500mg someone decent should certainly feel something. Then stick to that dose for 2 weeks until the flush is not that strong anymore. Then the dose can be increased by another 250mg until the comfort point is reached.

For persons 90kg/200lb in most cases 250mg will be only a tickle. 500mg might be a better starting point.

      Niacin is not Niacin

well, all are branded as Niacin, but B3 is actually a group of substances and hence, with more or less different characteristics and different effects.

    • Nicotinic acid – The “true” Niacin or the “Flush Type”
    • Nicotinamide – Extended Release Niacin
    • Inositol hexanicotinate – Flush Free Niacin

For the health benefits, only the true” Niacin (Flush Type) will do the job because the three types use entirely different pathways.

Nicotinic acid –> Nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NAMN) –> Nicotinic acid adenine nucleotide (NAAD) –> NAD+

    while Nicotinamide has:

Nicotinamide -> Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) -> Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) –> NAD+.

On the end NAD+ is all we need 😀

The conversion of Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) -> Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) will be done by an enzyme NAMPT which goes down with age. Currently there are some controversies on how effective the Nicotinamide/NMN cycle works.

For the Nicotinic acid – the flush type – this is a straight pathway (not a cycle) and so it might be somehow a bit more effective (my guess).

Reply To: Japanese breakfast could be possible COVID-19 treatment

    @ Hans,

interesting interesting… soy beans fermented with bacillus B. subtilis… found to be beneficial for the health along with antiviral effects.

Hmm… wait a second.  bacillus/fungi…  antiviral effect = stronger immune response? Hmm… the opposite to weak immune system. I strongly feel another hint into the direction shikimate pathway -> Glyphosate/Round Up.

Let me guess… the bacillus B. subtilis uses the shikimate pathway hence gives us as a result some of the essential amino acids like Thiamine (B1) etc, which is known to strengthen our immune system.

For me another proof to better stay with our grandparent’s wisdom and mother nature as supposed to let corporations manage our health (to their fin. benefits of course).

@ Why the Push for 100% Vaccination Rates?

@ pinecarr, Friedricch, Dave & westcoastjan

to all the things you mentioned I would like to add what I observe – the extensive stimulation of the “crab mentality” effect within the society in order to achieve their goals.

This might be tool used to manage the situation – and I see the start already – if the “control group” cannot be fully eliminated. In this case they will try to ensure that the “control group” will be small enough so that the “crab mentality effect” (if I can’t have it, neither shall you) makes the effected group turning on the them instead on the actors.

This will be even more relevant if the health & social consequences of the experimental vaxxine and all associated measures are so severe that they cannot be reversed anymore.  In this case they might like to trigger in the suffering part one of our deep features – jealousy – a kind of “if I burn, everyone shall burn with me”.

    @ RM,

Actually, to get a more realistic picture someone has to have a look at the studies of Svensmark.

It could be expressed simple as: “… it’s the clouds- stupid” or the sun-cosmic balance.

Our weather is a delicate balance between solar radiation from the sun and cosmic radiation from the outer space. The cosmic radiation seeds the cloud building – who shield us and reflect the sun radiation. But in return the solar radiation (solar wind) shields us invisibly to a part from the cosmic radiation.

The cosmic radiation is variable as the solar system moves through our galaxy (milky way) in a 250 million year cycle (= 1 galactic year) – passing through more or less dense areas (star density) – resulting in a change of cosmic radiation. At the same time the sun has her own cycles of activity. We are in the middle of both opposing but variable radiations hence the modulation of the resulting solar radiation that reaches the earth surface.

All is nicely presented in the documentary The Cloud Mystery.

The video also gives a glimpse on how intensive his discoveries got rejected by the Global Warming enthusiasts within the science community.

BTW… in one international conference they attacked Svensmark so severely that he suffered a stroke while on stage.

    Hi JWhite,

good to see that we both are in sync on this matter. I have to emphasize that I fully support you on your statement

Many people also seem to confuse ‘climate change’ and ‘environmental destruction’…

That is what I always bring on in my discussions with people – but it seems the media is so successful in confusing people’s mind that wherever I go and I explain this they are unable to grasp. (I relate this to junk information overflow – people are not able to think and articulate precisely anymore)

This reminds me to a statement of one of the founders of Germany’s Green Party – a honest and pragmatic environmental protectionist who has left his his party long time after they got subverted and literally taken over by the socialist/cultural communist movement. He lamented:

They (the TPTB) have stolen the environmental protection idea/spirit (from us) and sold it back to us as Global Warming (to make money from it).

For the ones that are curious about what might be in for our future this brilliant Russian mathematics professor deciphered what drives the sunspot cycles. With her model she can now not only explain the details (the variations) of all past sunspot cycles but also forecast the future behavior of our sun.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_yqIj38UmY

The video is a bit lengthily – but for someone with a little background in physic & mathematics and an open mind to think outside the (Zeitgeist prescribed by government) box – it will be certainly an interesting eye opener.

Additionally to the magnetic behavior model around 50:00 min she describes the SIM effect (higher oscillations of earth’s orbit) – that lead, despite cooling, to a higher number of weather extremes (also heat waves & droughts).

For insiders – this complements the discoveries by Dr Henrik Swensmark.

@ DiscoBear  yes, her her model forecasts a minimum between now and 2055 – but the current cycle will not be 0 for sure, that’s right.

      Report from China

    Mots,

I find the electric trikes quite cute, modern and professional designed compared to their brothers & sisters in India, Indonesia and the Philippines. And they should be pleasantly quieter as a tuck-tuck.

Vaccines & Clotting: This Could Be Why

I suppose covid itself has the same impact?

My guess it is not – but i am not a doctor. As I understand if someone has a mild version of Covid infection then the immune systems cleared your body to a more or less extent.

The vaxxine however, brings a larger amount of spikes into circulation who replicate somewhat faster and turn our body into a spike protein factory. In severe cases of Covid where the virus got a full grip this might be different.

Please I would like to hear some Expert opinion (since I had my Wuflu encounter already)

    @QB,

he is describing it brilliantly clear. I give him a +++   Watch the facial expression of Lynn. She gets shocked as longer the video goes on.

Anyhow, I instantly googled D-dimer test and saw that D-dimer and Covid is automatically popping up. So, it’s not the first time that someone is talking about this.

I guess we would be interested if any practitioner is out there, who supports our position, could run same D-dimer tests on some of their patients verifying – at least to a degree –  what Dr. Hoffe pointed out. Well, the hook is: I don’t know how costly these tests are.

At least, a verification could provide us with some assurance that this what he is stating is true. And once done there would be a record of what is really happen to the person(s).

and btw… the entire podcast – which goes much longer – is here
