Being labeled a nut after sharing the Crash Course and beliefs with family and friends

First of all I thank God that my brother shared the Crash Course with me. I have taken the red pill and it has changed my life forever. Since then I have been able to share the crash course with several family members and friends over the past year. Many of these people I consider to be very intelligent and are people I care about. What I have found is that most times I get the vibe that they think I am some kind of nut or some will say there is nothing we can do about it.

Getting Your Friends and Family to Pay Attention

I suspect there are lots of people who are having trouble getting friends and family to engage in the issues.  It is, after all, not polite to discuss politics or religion.  The following is a letter I wrote to my brother and sister-in-law along with sending them a DVD copy of the "Crash Course".  I think it is important for people to work especially hard in their own immediate circles - that is after all where most of us have maximum influence.

Currently taking a college Government course

And after the first day I've concluded that the professor is full of BS, and is simply part of the pro government propaganda to promote the status quo.

Even better, I made a few comments during the lecture,  and the reactions from classmates tell me that most of them think the same way I do.

I asked the professor what the government should do to control its debt and excess spending, and he said "Go have 4 or 5 kids so THEY can pay taxes". I started laughing, so did a few other students. He was serious.
