I concur with Dogs more data on abiotic oil is necessary.  Until that data is forthcoming just imagine how many dinosaurs it took to produce all of the oil previously produced, not to mention future oil.  A million?  A billion?  A trillion? A gazilloin?   And most of them ran over to Saudia Arabia and died en masse?   The point is the theory that all the oil came from fossils of dead dinosaurs is looking pretty unbelievable IMO.  It only has weight because the theory has been around so long.  I suspect the theory is a fraud.

I don’t know whether you are kidding or not, but the organic matter from which oil was supposedly formed was largely, if not entirely, vegetation, not animals.  There was and is far more vegetable than animal matter.
