JulieB and DTM – no, I am not growing celeriac for the leaves: I am not growing it PERIOD – it failed. I had considered grwing celery in half-drums of the 55-gallon variety so I would not have to deal with hard-packed clay, but I’d never heard of cutting celery. It dries well and has more leaves? (leaves are GREAT for soups!) Thank you both for the recommendation! I will see if Park Seed or Southern Seed Exchange carry it!
