Is Yemen the New Boogeyman That Will Keep Defense Funds Flowing?

I'm wondering if these two things are connected.

Is Yemen the new boogeyman to keep defense funds flowing?

Qaeda Trying to Harness Toxin for Bombs, U.S. Officials Fear

WASHINGTON — American counterterrorism officials are increasingly concerned that the most dangerous regional arm of Al Qaeda is trying to produce the lethal poison ricin, to be packed around small explosives for attacks against the United States.

For more than a year, according to classified intelligence reports, Al Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen has been making efforts to acquire large quantities of castor beans, which are required to produce ricin, a white, powdery toxin that is so deadly that just a speck can kill if it is inhaled or reaches the bloodstream.

'Doomsday' defense cuts loom large for select 12

WASHINGTON — For the dozen lawmakers tasked with producing a deficit-cutting plan, the threatened "doomsday" defense cuts hit close to home.

The six Republicans and six Democrats represent states where the biggest military contractors — Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics Corp., Raytheon Co. and Boeing Co. — build missiles, aircraft, jet fighters and tanks while employing tens of thousands of workers.

The potential for $500 billion more in defense cuts could force the Pentagon to cancel or scale back multibillion-dollar weapons programs. That could translate into significant layoffs in a fragile economy, generate millions less in tax revenues for local governments and upend lucrative company contracts with foreign nations.

Seems like the campaign by the Military Industrial Complex is starting to brew up the propaganda again.  Iran will be pulled into this propaganda campaign too.  A dr. goebbels wannabe from fox tries to keep up this boogyman image of iran.

The establishment gets slapped around by Dr. Ron Paul in this exchange.

I'm betting on a False Flag to happen keep this boogyman campaign.

The administration has a

The administration has a huge problem on it's hands. It's asking foreigners, through purchase of treasuries, to fund foreign mischief, skirmishes that are often proxy battles for hegemonic control. They absolutely require the backing of China to support proxy battles against...China. The entire Arab world in chaos has CIA implicit support, written all over it. What are Liby's ties, Yemen's. Are they becoming more beholden to the other super powers? I would guess they were and that's largely what's behind most of the "freedom fights" over there.
