U.S. Military Report Warns “Sudden Collapse” of Mexico Is Possible

U.S. Military Report Warns “Sudden Collapse” of Mexico Is Possible

Is this in relation to the North American Union?

Via: El Paso Times:

Mexico is one of two countries that “bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse,” according to a report by the U.S. Joint Forces Command on worldwide security threats. The command’s “Joint Operating Environment (JOE 2008)” report, which contains projections of global threats and potential next wars, puts Pakistan on the same level as Mexico. “In terms of worse-case scenarios for the Joint Force and indeed the world, two large and important states bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse: Pakistan and Mexico.“The Mexican possibility may seem less likely, but the government, its politicians, police and judicial infrastructure are all under sustained assault and press by criminal gangs and drug cartels. How that internal conflict turns out over the next several years will have a major impact on the stability of the Mexican state. Any descent by Mexico into chaos would demand an American response based on the serious implications for homeland security alone.”The U.S. Joint Forces Command, based in Norfolk, Va., is one of the Defense Departments combat commands that includes members of the different military service branches, active and reserves, as well as civilian and contract employees. One of its key roles is to help transform the U.S. military’s capabilities.

Hmmmmm... a civil war on our border would be a perfect excuse for repositioning our military on our side.  In the event of "insurrection" on our side when things get worse (cali and ari) big brother is already there!

Interesting...

Makes one wonder if stronger statements are ahead...  I wouldn't be surprised to see a statement to the effect that;

"....should the Mexican government require support in it's struggle against internal insurgents and terrorists, the United States is more than willing to cooperate in both a military and economic effort, to insure the stability of North American peace and prosperity...."

or,

"...amidst the dire economic and political conditions which Mexico is currently experiencing, the likliehood of further instability cannot be ruled out.    Combined with difficulties in the US market and economy, the heads of both the US and Mexican Treasury Departments have announced enhanced efforts to partner for monetary stability.   Cooperation of both Mexican and American security forces is also seen to be of possible benefit to both countries...."

So - any possibility that Canada will require watching?

Try not to take the excerpt out of context.  It is buried at the end of Part III: The Contextual World, Section C - Weak and Failing States.

In any case, it looks like JOE 2008 has been overcome by events.

Page 24:  Part III: The Contextual World A. Competition and Cooperation Among Conventional Powers - "While China's rise represents the most significant event on the international horizon since the collapse of the Cold War, it is no the only story.  Steady if not rapid economic growth appears to be the norm for much of the world over the coming decades, provided sufficient energy remains available to fuel that growth."

At least they got the energy assumption right - but the current global economic meltdown was most certainly not triggered by insufficent energy.

JOE 2008 is an overarching academic document - Part IV sheds much more light on how JOE 2008 is used - like an underwriting guideline for an insurance policy.

It is an interesting read and can be found in its entirety here:

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen "Mugabe" Harper suspended Parliament last year then stacked the Canadian Senate with 18 of his favorite running dogs and campaign contributors.

Democracy is not healthy there, for sure.

POTUS -

Ha!  I mentioned Canada tounge-in-cheek, but yeah - any excuse will do.

As for use of international (or US) troops in use of soverign-state stability, I think Henry Kissinger said it best, adorning his best NWO suit -

"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government."

- Speaking at Evian, France, May 21, 1992. Bilderburgers meeting. Unbeknownst to Kissinger, his speech was taped by a Swiss delegate to the meeting.

It worked pretty well in the US.   Pretty soon, everything will be part of "Homeland Security".

But not to worry - if the FRN/$USD implodes (along with the Peso and CDN), there's a solution in the works...and an Army to enforce it on an even broader scale.   Every fiat-currency regime requires a military and police for enforcement of the "legal-tender" character of their "money".... it comes with being an "empire".

Is the Amero still in gestation?
