'Super-thermite' found in chemical analysis of WTC dust

Excerpts from an article posted in the Open Chemical Physics Journal --

We
have discovered distinctive red/gray chips in significant numbers in
dust associated with the World Trade Center destruction. We have
applied SEM/XEDS and other methods to characterize the small-scale
structure and chemical signature of these chips, especially of their
red component. The red material is most interesting and has the
following characteristics:

4.
Iron oxide appears in faceted grains roughly 100 nm across whereas the
aluminum appears in thin platelike structures. The small size of the
iron oxide particles qualifies the material to be characterized as
nanothermite or super-thermite.

6.
From the presence of elemental aluminum and iron oxide in the red
material, we conclude that it contains the ingredients of thermite.

7.
As measured using DSC, the material ignites and reacts vigorously at a
temperature of approximately 430 °C, with a rather narrow exotherm,
matching fairly closely an independent observation on a known
super-thermite sample. The low temperature of ignition and the presence
of iron oxide grains less than 120 nm show that the material is not
conventional thermite (which ignites at temperatures above 900 °C) but very likely a form of super-thermite.

9.
The spheroids produced by the DSC tests and by the flame test have an
XEDS signature (Al, Fe, O, Si, C) which is depleted in carbon and
aluminum relative to the original red material. This chemical signature
strikingly matches the chemical signature of the spheroids produced by
igniting commercial thermite, and also matches the signatures of many
of the microspheres found in the WTC dust [5].

Based
on these observations, we conclude that the red layer of the red/gray
chips we have discovered in the WTC dust is active, unreacted thermitic
material, incorporating nanotechnology, and is a highly energetic
pyrotechnic or explosive material.

Hmmm ... nanotech thermite which ignites at only 430 °C, in place of the 900 °C of conventional thermite?

I'm
deeply worried that we have been duped. That is, contrary to what we have
been told, jet fuel is NOT the hottest-burning substance known to man,
capable of melting steel-framed skyscrapers all by its malevolent self.
Seems it needed a little 'Shake and Bake' nanothermite seasoning to help it
along.

Next thing you know, they'll tell us Osama bin Hidin' had a nanotech
chemical laboratory in his cave. I doubt that, but I do recall some
bizarre anthrax attacks in the fall of 2001 too. Seems like 2001 was a
big year for high-tech chemistry, if you see what I mean. Don't attempt
this at home!

Lets see, starting in 2000, we have the tech bubble burst.....economic recession...."so called" exogenous terrorist attack...war(s)..."so called" economic recovery. Now, starting in 2008 we have credit bubble burst...economic depression... hmmm, what could be next?

I find it funny how The U.S. Can spend over 2 trillion on this War, (media tells us 1 trillion, but that is probably bulls#it) over 100,000 troops, state of the art technology and still cannot find ONE PERSON (bin laden), but if ONE single American Backs out on paying taxes, they can send 2 IRS agents who make 50,000/yr to find THOSE EVIL NON-TAX PAYERS.

THis war on terrorism is such a manufactured illusion, just like war on drugs.  Total crap.  Just more Problem, Reaction, Solution to enslave people more and more.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.

Hey Dogs,

I thought you had a garden to plant this weekend.

Done.  Spent 9 1/2 hours yesterday getting things planted.  Have a couple of more things to go in in the the coming weeks, but the lion's share is finished.

Gonna sprinkle some bio-thermite on the edges to keep the slugs away....Cool

DON'T! I tried that and they infested my house. Had to call a thermite inspector in from Orkin.
