The perfect zombie apocolypse house

The perfect house for 1% to hide in until things blow over is up for sale for a mere 1.75 million.

The only question is what is its energy source?  I am sure it is off grid,  but I suspect it is diesel generator dependant....

Nice, but I prefer the concrete fortress style.

Just a matter of personal taste I guess.

The fortress

....is probably better protected,  I agree.  But I tend toward needing daylight and air etc....

What is it's energy source??

energy source

It looks like solar electric or hot water collectors on the roof if you look closely.  Probably a battery bank inside with venting.....
