Don't blame the 'Fed' it's just some deranged lone gunman...

So is this story just a coincidence or is this the 'Fed' beginning it's fight against HR1207?

Has the lobbying now begun on earnest?

Shooting at Holocaust Museum Kills a Guard

"...Before Wednesday, he [Von Brunn] was best known to law enforcement officials for having walked into the Washington headquarters of the Federal Reserve System on Dec. 7, 1981, with a bag slung over the shoulder of his trench coat. A guard chased him to the second floor, where the Fed’s board was meeting, and found a revolver, a hunting knife and a sawed-off shotgun in the bag.

Mr. von Brunn, who lived in Lebanon, N.H., at the time, told the police he wanted to take board members hostage to focus news media attention on their responsibility for high interest rates and the nation’s economic difficulties. He was convicted in 1983 and served several years in prison on attempted kidnapping, burglary, assault and weapons charges..."

So back in 1981he accused the 'Fed' of financial mismanagement and attempted to publicise it... albeit in not such a particularly smart way if one is to believe this article.

Don't be surprised if a story soon appears in the MSM linking Ron Paul and Von Brunn.

I would expect the 'men behind the curtain' to do anything to derail HR1207... anything.

Rallying to ‘End the Fed,’ group hasn’t felt heat over von Brunn

The Von Brunn incident is now finding media connections with the 'End the Fed' campaign...

I'd be watching this as HR1207 moves forward to see how the Von Brunn incident may be used to try and derail the bill.

Don't be surprised if 'End the Fed' supporters are labeled as radical white supremacist militia nutters.
