World Channel Series on Food
The World Channel is currently running a series on growing food locally. Echoes many of the Peak Prosperity themes, including building many of the eight forms of capital.

Thanks for posting this, John. The trailer is very well made. It didn't address in its two plus minutes any of the reasons we might want to be planting food not lawns, etc, etc. etc., which according to recent stuff I've seen about climate change communications is absolutely fine. Positive and appealing discussion of useful things to do is a very helpful thing to drop into the zeitgeist. For PP readers? It's a nice positive link to drop onto your Facebook page so folks won't think you only like doomer posts! (That's me speaking from personal experience. Trying to be moderate – ; )
Agreed, Dan. The trailer only scratches the surface (pun intended). The full movie provides a very realistic and balanced report on growing some of your own food and getting the rest locally.

The web site also has a page for organizing a public screening, with an option to invite the director.
For the eastern MA contingent of Rowe 2016, perhaps we could watch the movie at one of our monthly meetings? I just ordered the DVD.
