Wikipedia Help Wanted
My name is Tito, and I’m a recent addition to the

If anyone is a registered Wikipedia user and would like to go to bat for the page, it would be a great help. You can find it at:
I need some education about Wikipedia. Several questions:
How does one go about entering a new topic?
Would we be better off promoting a topic of Crash Course or The 3 Es?
What was written already? Now that it’s deleted, I can’t see it.
Are other biographies available on Wikipedia? Why can’t Chris have a biography there?
Can I initiate a discussion with the person that decided to remove our content?
I’m lost, but trying. … Don
There doesn’t seem to be a talk/discussion page…Personally, I think we ought to start with a page on the Crash Course. I think that it would be easier than going straight for the bio. However, there is a movie called the crash course that already has a page, so this would involve setting up a disambiguation, amongst other things. And we’d have to have all our references in order before posting…
I spent several hours on Wiki trying to figure it out. There is an article on the Federal Reserve. There is a bio on the legislator that helped form the Federal Reserve. I don’t see why we can’t have a bio on Chris and an article on the Crash Course. However, even something as simple as requesting that the existing article titled "Crash Course" be changed to something more accurate, for example, the real title of the video, is beyond my ability to figure it out. I got myself a userid on wiki, but frankly, I have wasted my time there. Questions:
Is this really something with pay back for the effort it seems to involve?
If we are dead set on getting into wiki, who can give me direction as to how to get it moving?
Thanks in advance … Don
I’m a new Brigade member and am going through the forums. Using Wikipedia seems like a great idea, and it is unfortunate that the page was deleted.
Have you managed to pursue this further or gather any info as to why it was deleted or how to keep a page up?
Does the reason why they deleted it make any sense to anyone??
G8. Pages dependent on a non-existent or deleted page, such as talk pages with no corresponding subject page; subpages with no parent page; image pages without a corresponding image; redirects to invalid targets, such as nonexistent targets, redirect loops, and bad titles; or categories populated by deleted or retargeted templates. This excludes any page that is useful to the project, and in particular: deletion discussions that are not logged elsewhere, user and user talk pages, talk page archives, plausible redirects that can be changed to valid targets, and image pages or talk pages for images that exist on Wikimedia Commons.
