Vaccine mandates for Canadian Federal government employees
Anyone have or know of a lawyer that is representing Canadians that might lose their jobs because they don’t want to be injected?
I’m starting to gather documents on this to try and fight it. The first link is to a NOL that could be used. Additional documents could be OpenVaers.com link (as the NOL VAERS date is from May) and also one to Public Health England technical briefing 16 which has the table on page 12 clearly showing the outcome for vaxed people being worse than the unjabbed.
As Dr Zelenko states;
Any time you evaluate any therapeutic, you need to look at it from three perspectives.
1. Is it safe?
2. Does it work?
3. And do you need it?
Three very appropriate question that would also be good to ask an employer.

That’s true…….until no one will give you a job.
Maybe the ‘wheels will come off this bus’ before then. What’s the point of getting vaxed if it doesn’t work.
The last 3 people I know that have tested positive for Covid are all double vaxed.
Employers in Canada currently cannot demand or mandate COVID-19 vaccines in the workplace. Employers are within their rights to request employees be vaccinated but cannot enforce it or penalize employees who refuse to be vaccinated. Employers have to bear in mind employee’s human rights. There are certain circumstances that can be considered exceptional, such as in health care settings. …
It is imperative people use human rights and the Nuremberg Code as reasons for non-compliance. The Charter of Rights is the highest law in the land – for god’s sake use it!

🚨🚨Important message for anyone in the healthcare industry being forced to vaccinate.
I currently work as a compensation consultant in human resources for a major health system. Compensation consultants are intimately involved in the hiring of new employees. We oftentimes are consulted to assist with appropriate pay for new hires. Being in this position gives me a little bit more insight then the average person in regards to the current labor market for the healthcare industry.
Here’s what they don’t want you to know. You as a healthcare employee have way more power at this current moment then you will ever realize. There is a massive labor shortage in the healthcare industry, and leaders over different departments are freaking out. I see it every single day. I constantly hear, if this person leaves, it will shut down our entire department. We are currently being forced to take drastic measures to try to retain our employees.
The moral of the story is that they cannot afford to lose a massive amount of people. It will literally shut them down. STAND YOUR GROUND WITH THE VACCINE!! You have more power than you realize and they cannot afford to lose you.
Under no circumstances will I take the vaccine. I will lose my job if necessary. Stand by your convictions and do what you know is right.
Please share this message with anyone that you can. My hope is that this will reach enough people that we can make a difference in this war.

I wish more people had power over the employment. If you understood that your employer probably needs you, more than you need them, there would be no question whether than can force you to take anything. Perhaps your employer is doing you some favor by hiring you when he could just hire anyone off the street. I hope this is not the case, it would be mean you have little worth. I hope you don’t believe or feel this way. But, I do understand there is only 2 types of people in the world. Those that overvalue their talents and abilities, and those that undervalue them. The latter is a more admirable quality in general. However, when your life and your family’s lives depend upon it, you should re-evaluate.
finally, if you have some power over your employer, depends whether you can hold out. Do you have a savings or backup plan to survive in a time of unemployment? most should be able to go a couple of years without a problem.. Many are unable. If that is you, you have less power to make these decisions, and may have to do the deed. I do not make much money, but can go a long time without any sort of employment if need. I know many people who make much more , who would implode in 3 mos if without work. If the latter is you, you failed to plan adequately.
With respect, this is not the only important issue at stake since the Turdeau announcement on Friday. Also at stake is unvaccinated Canadians’ freedom to move between provinces and to leave and arrive in the country via airports. (For example, I’d like to see him trying to get to Newfoundland from Ottawa by land/water). Surely this is a fundamental Charter of Rights issue. Canadian citizens have a Charter right to enter Canada. I feel angry and persecuted and demonized and treated like a worthless pawn in his personal political re-election campaign. If anyone hears of any significant opposition to this outrageous plan please post it.
