Vaccine Mandate At Work
So they announced today.
“Upload your vaccine card to the HR database” like everyone presumably has vaccine cards.
There is no testing opt-out, company CEO touted “safe and effective,” “I trust the science” and “our kids have to show MMR vaccines for school, this is the same.” No antibodies exemption.
I feel like I got punched in the gut. My entire industry is affected, and my entire career has been in this niche. I will lose my job and not have many options for refuge.
I will not take this vaccine. I receive no benefit, and I will not put my little boy in a position where he could lose me or I could be out of commission.
Oh and because this is an OSHA mandate, companies are NOT liable for adverse effects of the INJECTIONS THEY ARE FORCING.
Can anyone please provide advice?
Will Hashimoto’s thyroiditis or penicillin allergy pass as a medical exemption? Anyone know? Im desperate.

I literally posted the same thing about two hours ago. I got the email today, but it’s a bit different. For now (for my company) it’s essentially ‘just let us know your vaccination status. All employees who choose Prefer Not To Say will be assumed to be not vaccinated’. We all know where this crap will lead…
I have no advice. I have a few tricks up my sleeve myself, but not a whole lot, and I don’t really know what my options are either. I’ve seen suggestions such as a) stall, b) tell them to piss off, c) don’t use vaccine cards if you didn’t get the vaccine … I think that’s all I really got.
I have a mortgage – I need a job to pay for my livelihood, just like you have your child. This has nothing to do with ‘safety’. I would argue throwing people out on the streets jobless because they aren’t “complying” is NOT safe at all.
Not being held responsible for killing people was the thing way back when that made me go, “what is this insanity”. So, if I build a house for someone and it collapses on them one night in their sleep because I didn’t build it right, “eh, sorry, not my problem”, and hey – I get off with no consequences! No. That’s wrong.
I don’t know. I wish I had solutions. My day was ruined when I got the email too. That’s why I came here hoping for some advice or suggestions. Sorry I don’t have much more to say as far as assistance.
Their science is consistently wrong. I am willing to rationally evidence based debate in front of and with anyone on vaccine science.
Do not cave, you are making the problem worse. When everyone accepts then you wear the yellow star if you are the few that do not and are shunned or even exterminated.
Look we are not even speaking about ADE anymore – that is something else to worry about later. We are talking heart attacks for young people, women under 40 ( which historically do not have heart attacks at this age even with congenital defects – heart attacks do not happen to women before 40 ever —TIL NOW ) We are talking blood clots in the brain, lung ,limbs resulting in fatality or amputation. We are talking depressed immunity to all disease. We are talking accelerated cancers. We are talking prion disease. No matter your age , you will be lucky to live 5 years after the jab. This will happen
Here are a couple of thoughts.
If you are in a State where the State Attorney General is going to challenge the mandate then contact the Attorney General’s office and ask what to do.
If that doesn’t work you might agree to take the vaccine conditioned on the company taking on full financial responsibility for all losses including support of your loved ones and including all consequential foreseeable damages if you are injured or die. The company’s lawyer would explain to your CEO that that means that they would be responsible for taking care of you and your family for the duration of the injury or, in case of your death, for all reasonably foreseeable losses generated thereby. If your jackass CEO really believes that these vaccines “safe and effective” and believes MSM lies about “the science,” then what is the problem with agreeing to that?
The company’s attorney will tell the CEO what the problem is, those types of damages would be in the millions.
Even if they don’t agree with that make it clear that if the vaccine goes badly, you will hold them responsible. Show them some of the VAERS printouts about young people who died or were disabled. Even if you really have no right to sue (see below) – that will get them thinking.
Consult with an attorney right away. In some States, the employee manuals that the company distributes to employees constitute an enforceable contract between the company and the employee. And that can be true even if the manual was never signed by Company or Employee.
There might be something in the manual that prevents them from strong-arming you to take on the risks of the vaccine.
There might also be something in the State’s laws that prevents them from coercing you on a medical issue. Importantly, ask the attorney specifically if – in the State you are in – whether you (or your heirs) could bring suit against the company if the vaccine result is injury or death. Such a suit might be pre-empted by Workers Compensation.
Ask. You want to know.
There are also powerful Federal laws dealing with the confidentiality of medical information. Your employer might not have a right to your vaccination history. And a clever attorney might be able to parlay that into a roadblock against forcing you to get the vaccine.
The comparison of, say, Israel and Uttar Pradesh literally screams the truth when you put the two charts side by side. The comparison between any historical vaccine (like MMR) and these gene therapy treatments is not at all fair. They are completely different in mechanism of action, mRNA being new and different, and the VAERS damage signal is OFF THE CHART relative to historical vaccines… look at the charts from Dr. Jessica Rose here at the 10:56 mark;
Make your CEO face the truth.. send the truth up and down the chain while you still can. Make it yours…
I will not be taking the vaccine. If we cave, they come for the kids next. The buck has to stop here.
I will seek legal advice but I dont think it’s going to go well. I live in deep blue territory and work in a Federal building. My company’s business is 100% fed contracting; they’re going to go along with whatever the government wants to keep those contracts coming.
I dont think unvaxxed have numbers to really make things hurt if we threaten to walk.
And yes, first they ask you to attest and promise things like “weekly testing opt out.” And then they yank that from you. Soon it will be boosters when they can’t explain why people in their 100% vaccinated spaces are popping up with COVID.
I will not quit unless I have another solid job lined up. They are going to have to walk me out of the building. I will be reaching out to every public figure with a large following I know and I will be reporting the absolute insanity that is being spouted in these announcement meetings.
This is sick and wrong and one day we will be proven right, but I won’t hold my breath for anyone to take accountability. But man, do these people deserve whatever is coming to them.

I had to do my first forced weekly test last night. We have to be fully vaccinated by November 22 (work on Federal property). Some guys are just going to give in and get the vaccine. Others, including me, are going to try for a religious exemption. I work for a large aerospace company and am on temporary assignment working at the government site. If I don’t get the exemption I’ll just end the assignment and go back home (deep red state), and then wait to see what my company does.
