Urgently seeking tech help
I have been trying to connect with tech support because of an issue with my enrolled status. Had to do with a change in credit card number which happened when my auto renewal was due.
I have emailed and called and cannot get this resolved. Have put in my new credit card number, tried to re-enroll. I log in and try to enroll anew and it won’t let me because I already have valid log in info.
Still cannot access paid content.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This may not be the right place to post this but I don’t know what else to do.
