“Landmark study”, LOL. Any blood thinner is useful in this context. To pretend this is unknown, or that some kind of RCT or high standard is required, is absurd/deceptive. But I guess this is “acceptable” research, since it’s a drug that slightly improves disease outcome if you don’t use any of the known effective treatments (vitamin D, CDS, ivermectin, HCQ+zinc, NAC, B3 — all of which are far better than aspirin in terms of reducing symptomology).

“We believe that the blood thinning effects of aspirin provides benefits for COVID-19 patients by preventing microclot formation,” said study co-author Michael A. Mazzeffi, MD, Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at UMSOM.

Yeah no shit Sherlock.

“Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 may want to consider taking a daily aspirin as long as they check with their doctor first.”

Yeah trust them, ask them for permission to use aspirin too, don’t do any research on your own, you’re too stupid to understand anything about your own health.

What a sick joke.

Aspirin both reduces blood clots and inflammation.

“Baby” aspirin 81 mg works great at that without the side effects the full 325 mg dose does.

Some say that half a “baby” aspirin 40.5 mg works fine, yet with even less side effects.
