Finally, some good news. Watch this video and download the document under it. If you are Australian, please share it quickly. It is very encouraging and might help the cause.

Rumours of a Legal Victory Against a Vaccine Mandate in NSW Australia

@TamHob

Thanks for this. The more voices, including one’s with a libertarian slant, taking an ethical stand on these important issues, the better.  Craig Kelly has definitely been speaking out courageously, though unfortunately he isn’t that eloquent. As I’m not a Queenslander, I have little familiarity with Newman, although I do know the name.  Though I did at least see Limbrick on the Discernable channel on Youtube, that I have mentioned and linked to in Hadron’s ‘medical practitioners in Brisbane?’ thread, talking about the lockdowns in Victoria. It was a bit puzzling seeing him there, and I must have assumed he was from the Liberal party. Now I know better.

Wow! Thanks for this, Susan.

What I had superficially heard of the verdict didn’t sound good. It was something like “they can (mandate vaccines)”.

This fuller interpretation paints a very different and much more sane picture.

Firstly, its great to see both the business community (BCA) and the unions (ACTU) agreeing to attempt to avoid the public hysteria and resultant tyranny which has clearly overwhelmed practically all governments in Australia being dragged into Australian workplaces.

Someone clearly forgot to bribe the Fair Work Commission, since they somehow don’t seem to be playing their assigned role in the pervasive and ongoing conspiracy that one is otherwise seeing play out everywhere else. They seem to have completely failed to follow the narrative of fear and hysteria and have focused on facts and ethical principles instead.

They actually acknowledge basic facts about the vaccines (known to everyone except the MSM etal.), particularly that they are still an undergoing clinical trial and so emphasize the informed consent required of clinical trial participants.

Just who is Tanya Davies MP:

So, weirdly, part of the tyrannical NSW government? See Bridie’s post above.

I really am quite shocked, I have to say. Finally a public institution resisting rather than enforcing tyranny. Take that Dan!

Vaccine mandate for ALL authorised workers in Victoria

The above judgment by the Fair Work Commission could not have come earlier.

In Victoria, where it must truly be hell to be living at present, the tyrannical Dan Andrews government continues to go completely nuts with vaccine mandates:

Vaccine mandate for authorised workers in Victoria [youtube.com]

All authorised workers in Victoria must have at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine by October 15 to continue working on-site.

This mandate supposedly extends to 1.2 Million workers!

CORRECTION concerning the Fair Work Commission’s stance

Correction of my earlier post “Finally, some good news”

Having further examined the context of Tanya Davies’ statements, I have to correct my post above concerning the Fair Work Commission’s stance on vaccine mandates.

As I noted in the second paragraph above, there was a tension between the outcome of the case and what Tanya was reading. This is because she was reading from the DISSENTING VIEW by Deputy President Lyndall Dean. The Fairwork Commission upheld the termination of employment 2-to-1.

So the facts and principles that Tanya mentioned were what was ultimately rejected.

So, Tanya could have framed her statements much more clearly.

Takeaways

The judicary is NOT in fact diverging from the norm of covid hysteria within public institutions in Australia. So both my, and others, pessimism about these institutions was upheld, one might say.

It would seem that it is only employers and unions that are, via their peak organisations, attempting to keep covid hysteria and its associated state violence out of Australian workplaces.

BCA and ACTU: Joint statement on mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations

Our public institutions are, however, as we have all seen, failing us.  In this, the judiciary seems to be no different.

So, the vaccine mandate craziness is, unfortunately, far from over.
