Thank you for the article! It helped me. I’ve been in isolation almost 2 weeks and feeling some of the symptom symptoms discussed.

    Quarantine & Self-Isolating – cabin fever

I got out of the house to take  walk in the neighborhood. I am not yet mentally ready to shut myself completely away, but I did avoid everyone I could have interacted with. Not the best for me. I know that I need to get my mental head on straight and protect myself.
