I thought this one must’ve been fake news. I checked it out, and took this screenshot myself.

OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination

Anything to keep the vaccine holier than thou.   Vaccine , can do no wrong. its perfect no matter how many people it kills and how effective it is as killing and maiming people and how ineffective its protection is against covid.   Buyer beware.    IDIOTS that take this shit.    I cannot say anything more.. go suck down your MSM Koolaid.. vaccinators. you have made life hell for intelligent people.

Any company that makes public that they will not force vaccinate employees would have their pick of good people!

I’m curious about this. Does that also mean that the company does not have to record if an employee actually takes the vax?  No records are no records.

No it means – that the companies, do not have to record any side-effects ( no records of the injuries )/.   They are getting a pass of the regulation.. This is osha,, a organization meant to keep workers safe..    so , its nothing but pure evil. its like another pass for the vaccine manufacturers.. no liability.  no, its no liability for businesses.  even fact its no acknowledgement of any damage what soever.  Just ignore it – they are doing this at hospitals already.  Since work will see it too , they closed that down too now.   So if news breaks in the darkweb,  there is no such record to justify it..

If the employee were to fill out an incidence report form and provide it to management they might have to keep track of that even if they don’t have to file annual reports with OSHA.
