NPR “This American Life”
There are at least 2 audios of "This American Life" that would be good links to put somewhere.
I’ll look them up and get them back here as soon as I can. Will probably be late tonight.
NPR is NATIONAL PROPAGANDA RADIO
i suggest you listen carefully to their "news" stories. when it came to the bailout they were the biggest cheerleaders of any media.
they are owned by the same people perpetrating this crisis. when it comes to fair and balanced fox has them beat all to hell.
IMHO that is.
I believe the following episodes apply here:
(05.09.2008: "Giant Pool of Money": http://www.thislife.org/Radio_Episode.aspx?sched=1242)
(10.03.2008: "Another Frightening Show About the Economy": http://www.thislife.org/Radio_Episode.aspx?sched=1263)
Plus the following spinoff: http://www.npr.org/blogs/money/
Actually – I rather enjoy both NPR and ‘This American Life’ (from Chicago Public Radio)
Fox? Really? Please tell me that was a joke >_>
Bloomberg is better than all of them.
Ira Glass is a master of propaganda and brainwashing.
BEWARE … the stories have the ability to cling to you for a lifetime.
That’s why I never miss a show.
Sorry for the temporary issue. This thread was accessible for a brief amount of time by the general community due to a change I was attempting to make with a software module. It has now been removed.
Lucas — If you are interested in removing the posts from the non-Brigade members you can do so.
No, that’s alright, we’ll leave them up for posterity purposes. As I was reading through them I started to get freaked because I was seeing non-brigade member posts, that is until I saw your message.
Here’s the link. It is well worth your time to listen no matter what you think of NPR.
Here’s the other link, again, it’s well worth your time.
Thanks for posting this. You may have already realized that some of the guys responding to your post were non-Brigade members from the General Forums. There was a minor access breach that Ron has taken care of. The free forum guys are are quite prone to argumentation so don’t sweat it.
Any thoughts on where we should link this up? Maybe the Facebook page?
