Bill Gates is going to be sad. He bet big on smallpox. Although he probably bet big on ebola and Marburg as well. The guy hasn’t met a world ending virus he didn’t like.

Isn’t the Olympics in China. Wait, I think I’ve seen this show.

Yes indeed. Can you imagine if this spreads globally? The fear that it would induce would many multiples of sars cov2. Perhaps Prince Phillip’s wish of coming back as a virus has come true!

    Are we at war?

That’s a rhetorical question, according to Clif_high. Because there’s no dramatic Pearl Harbour event it will take people some time to wake up to the unpleasant reality.

My take? The Chinese are a homogenous racial group. Can anyone spot their vulnerability?

Be very careful, Finda’s children, with those matches. You don’t want to get burned.

I’m behind the times.. came here to post a link to:

https://europeanconservative.com/articles/commentary/has-a-new-chinese-xian-city-covid-variant-with-ebola-like-symptoms-escaped-china/

however am at least a week behind the news by the looks of this thread 🙂

Hopefully it’s just speculation and doesn’t happen.

Based on my observations the people that I know who are affected by the mass formation 100% believe they are at significant risk of dying. If they see news reports saying the new variant has a higher % death rate and causes hemorrhaging / bleeding from the eyes/nose/etc I wonder how well they will react.

Honestly, I’m sane, and I don’t think I’ll react well to that. Imagine what they will do. Hazmat suits.

Question for Jim H: how can I find your previous posts on anti-virals? Thx!

I hate to rain on Bill Gates’ parade, but…

left side: Bacillus anthracis (Anthrax); Francisella tularensis (Tularemia); Coxiella burnetii (Q fever)

right side: Ebola, Marburg, and Lassa fever

diphenoxylate is in Lomotil

fluoxentine (sic) is prozac

    Hello PC MD… regarding anti-virals…

Most of my work has been on IVM, HCQ, and natural compounds (like mushroom and mushroom extracts) that have antiviral properties.  Some of it can be found spread out in the “ultimate prophylactic cocktail” thread, but we should probably try to re-create what we know in one place so that it’s more accessible.  I do think we want to be proactive in lining up ideas for future threats – different classes of viral and/or bacterial threats.

As always, there is terrain, and there are anti-virals.  It’s pretty clear for instance that high Vitamin D sufficiency, i.e. >/= 50 ng/ml, provides for a stronger shield against ALL infectious disease.

Here’s an interesting bit of info. I found at one point;
