    mandate vaccination by bluff?

first the bait-n-switch with the “authorisation” of the “Pfizer” vaccine. now mandating all companies’ employees get vaccinated by bluff?

Jon Rappoport: Where is the Biden Executive Order mandating the vaccine? Does it exist?

I’m talking about the Executive Order (EO) commanding all US companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the COVID vaccine for those employees.

I can’t find the EO. I don’t see it in the Federal Register, where it’s supposed to be published.

If it hasn’t been published, then there is no mandate.

so make it sound like there’s a mandate when there isn’t, and never have to face prosecution for a mandate that wasn’t executed.

Sounds alot like Obama’s insurance mandate. You had to get insurance or face a fine that nobody had to pay.

    mandate vaccination by bluff?

Alex Berenson’s Substack has a discussion about this today.

In place of an OSHA mandate that might not survive court review, the administration appears to be trying to use a backdoor plan by having agencies require both contractors and SUBCONTRACTORS to meet Biden’s federal employee vaccine requirement (which he HAS issued as an executive order)

Most companies can’t afford to give up their federal contracts, so Berenson is very concerned that this is going to be effective in forcing most people to choose between their jobs and the jab.

    Announcements today for Federal Contractors

All federal contractors received notice today of the specifics of the vaccine mandate. No exemptions for natural immunity, autoimmune diseases, or working from home, among many other things. Here’s the federal FAQ website provided for those who are curious:

https:www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/faq/vaccinations

As Joe Biden said to those in the path of Hurricane Ida, and just before it hit, “the best thing to do is get vaccinated” to protect yourself from the hurricane 😉

I echo Acorn Endeavors — HHS employees are getting deadline memos what seems like daily now. Exemptions seem damn near impossible to pursue. Not much help from my agency in providing information regarding seeking reasonable accommodations for any reason. Thats to be expected working for a sister agency under CDC.

Definitely playing hardball and sending warning shots of disciplinary actions for noncompliance. TBH I don’t even know where to start.. antibody test was negative, just moved to a new state and haven’t gotten established with a church. The walls are closing in quick… it’s hard to believe that jumping into another job is the best option, because that +100 employee emergency rule (not an official EO btw, just a clever work around) on the way may land me in the same position.. so what say the people.. should I just suck it up and keep it moving? . Unemployment is a pretty frightening future for a late 20 something who can’t rely on retirement or a solid savings account. What a sword to die on 😅 (laughing thru the pain)

If I’m not mistaken (at least as far as I know) most states won’t pay out unemployment if you’re fired for refusing to comply with a vaccine mandate.  My company does a lot of contracts with the government (including some I work on) but their guidance was updated today and says that to enter a facility you must be vaccinated.  My contract is 100% remote so I take that to mean I don’t need to comply.  My company does say they will be updating for remote employees soon so I’ll see what they say.  Based on my understanding (not a lawyer) OSHA only has the authority to regulate workplace safety and my basement isn’t controlled by OSHA so I’m weighing my options.

    one possible approach.

If you file a religious or medical exemption, and it’s denied, now you have an argument that you weren’t fired for refusing, you were fired due to discrimination.  Might open up legal avenues such as lawsuits, severance, or unemployment.

    there is no mandate

just to emphasise the point of this topic. if what Jon reports is true, then there is *no* mandate, only a lie. same mechanism as the “authorised vaccine” lie.

MSM spreads the lie. nobody asks for official documentation. everybody freaks out and gets vaccinated.

    mandate vaccination by bluff?

If I were in your shoes…late twenties, not much savings or retirement? I’d move back with my parents and search for a job with a small company that wont demand I get injected with an experimental serum.

The last time I moved back with a parent [ my dad because mom had passed ] I was 33. It sucked, but it gave me the leg up I needed to get established.
