Mass riots in Kazakhstan over a doubling of energy prices.
Few more wind turbines should solve this eh?
You know how there were “brick drops” at the George Floyd riots.
Here is a video of rifle/automatic weapons drops in Kazakstan.
Who would have that many weapons around to be able to do this?
If this is what we get for 2x on energy, then what is it going to be when we get to 5x, 20x or 100x as hyperinflation sets in?
No amount of rioting, weapons, or money will keep houses warm and food on the table when the fuel & food supplies run out. We need constructive plans that can be implemented on a society-worldwide scale. Counting on the industry & political “leaders” (i.e. those profiting off things going how they are), and the systems they have put into place, will not work. They are the ones that have charted the current trajectory and are the ones keeping that path on course.
Without a drastic change in mindset of the majority, especially those with the most wealth and power (leaders), it will be impossible to prevent things getting catastrophically bad for most of the world. Here are a few ideas:
- Eliminating greed. Being content with having only what you need. Stopping the impulsive desire for “more”.
- Subconsciously holding the well being of others and your community as more important than your personal situation. No more “every man for himself” mentality.
- Getting away from the dependency on the artificially imposed “standard of living”, that largely exists as a way to distract and control us.
- Not supporting those who harm or seek to control others in any way, whether it be by personally funding governments, or purchasing things from companies.
The Duran suggests there was some some interference, with the motivation being mainly to frustrate China:
