interesting interesting… soy beans fermented with bacillus B. subtilis… found to be beneficial for the health along with antiviral effects.

Hmm… wait a second.  bacillus/fungi…  antiviral effect = stronger immune response? Hmm… the opposite to weak immune system. I strongly feel another hint into the direction shikimate pathway -> Glyphosate/Round Up.

Let me guess… the bacillus B. subtilis uses the shikimate pathway hence gives us as a result some of the essential amino acids like Thiamine (B1) etc, which is known to strengthen our immune system.

For me another proof to better stay with our grandparent’s wisdom and mother nature as supposed to let corporations manage our health (to their fin. benefits of course).

Natto seems like useful stuff.

My vitamin K2 (mk7) tablets are “made from premium natto extract”

Nattokinase is short-listed to resolve blood clots.  I’m not interested in eating slimy soybeans and I don’t trust eat much soy anyway.  Nattokinase is available as a supplement.  Serrapeptase may be another option.  They are both part of my arsenal.
