Israel COVID data: separating natural and vaccine-induced immunity

Question has to do with this presentation:

https://odysee.com/@Chris_Martenson:2/most-protective-immunity-is-natural:2

There may be an error in Chris’s analysis insofar as the data breakup is concerned. He treats those who have had the infection as a separate category from those who have been vaccinated. But it is possible – and in fact, is the case for some people – that some have been vaccinated after they had recovered from the infection.

How, if at all, can we separate this data? Because without such separation it is not clear that we can discuss infection-spurred immunity vs that acquired by way of vaccination.
