Is there any data available regarding cruises and doctor CFR?

I have a thought that I’d like to disprove is possible. My perception (intuition?) seems to be that CFR for cruise ships and doctors might be higher than in the normal infected population, but I’m not really sure where I can look for that data.

Doctors would potentially be in higher contact with the virus and from what I understand cruise ships circulate a lot of air between cabins. Both doctors and cruise ship passengers would get a bigger initial infection. If their CFR is higher than that’s really bad news for doctors and would really make all the PPE rationing look really bad for all the hospitals.

Sorry if I’m not clear here, but is my perception valid? I really hope not…
