India Bar vs The WHO: It is Always the Coverup
It is a dream come true – the WHO’s Chief Scientist was served a legal notice today by the Indian Bar Association for disinformation.
But the key bit comes at the end of the article: the WHO-Scientist tweeted her alleged disinformation, which tried to dissuade India from using Ivermectin, but then deleted her tweets – without correcting them! – which (to my non-legal mind) certainly appears to show guilty knowledge.
As Nixon found out, it isn’t the crime that gets you, it is the coverup. That’s because it is the act of coverup (rather than simple correction) that implies guilty knowledge. Once people in positions of international prominence start to be held legally liable for the global impact of their disinformation tweets, things could sure turn around in a hurry.
A legal notice is served by Indian Bar Association (IBA) upon Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, the Chief Scientist at the World Health Organisation (WHO) on May 25, 2021 for her act of spreading disinformation and misguiding the people of India, in order to fulfil her agenda.
Dr. Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin.
However, the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi have refused to accept her stand and have retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under ‘May Do’ category, for patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation, as stated in ‘The National Guidelines for COVID-19 management’ last updated on May 17, 2021.
In order to stop Dr. Soumya Swaminathan from causing further damage to the life of citizens of this country, IBA has decided to initiate legal action against her and as part of the process, a legal notice has been served upon her.
IBA has observed that the content of several web links to news articles/reports included in the notice served upon Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, 2021, which was visible before issuing the notice, has either been removed or deleted now.
IBA had anticipated this and therefore, we have downloaded soft copies of these news articles before issuing the legal notice. It is ludicrous on part of the forces resorting to such cowardly acts, for they do not know that they are providing very strong evidence of their desperate attempt at blocking information/news regarding Ivermectin.
Beginning of the End? We won’t know for a while, I suspect.
But as we saw with the practically instantaneous transition of Lab Leak from “nutjob conspiracy theory” to “accepted mainstream position”, when things turn, they can turn in a big hurry. Its enough to cause whiplash for anyone still thinking that the Mainstream Media is all about the facts.
Hmm. So what did cause the 180 degree switch? A question for another time, I think.
The trickle down affect could be huge. Can we just speed this unraveling thing up a little bit
Beautiful find Dave, providing a good bit of joy to my being this morning!
I’ve already passed the link to this article to our pharmacist,
whose brother works in a private clinic
whose director is a close associate to officials
in the Ministry of Health. As well as a person involved in local Media.
Let’s all do our part to accelerate the rapidly-fracturing
That is great news.
I have been a bit surprised that Brett and Heather (as well as Chris) have yet to be censored by YouTube. All three of them have all but come out and said “people, you are being lied to about Ivermectin and you are being lied to ‘Big Time.’ ”
Still, YouTube has not censored them.
More incredibly, even the video posted by Jim H., on how to neutralize the effects of a vaccine-shot was still on YouTube as of last night.
You would have thought that some mindless do-gooder would have reported that video to YouTube and demanded immediate censorship. But so far, it is still up.
It is hard to read-into what is happening with YouTube. It could be simply a lack of diligence in censorship, but it could be a “reading the writing on the wall” or something else.
Mike I agree. The worm does appear to be turning. The vicelike grip that Pharma had over Tech is – for some reason – slipping.
The optimist in me wants to believe that our Tech Overlords are now starting to get a teensy bit concerned they’ll be facing Nuremberg proceedings, but in the role as “center of attention”, rather than in the common carrier “collect the money” role.
“So Mr At-Jack, please tell the court why you saw fit to instruct your Pharma-connected interns lock the accounts of highly published doctors, which we will show directly led to the deaths of tens of thousands of Americans.”
I do wonder what’s stored at that big Server Farm in Utah. If the populists ever get control of that place, it would be like opening up the Stasi files after the fall of the Berlin Wall. Ka-BOOOM.
Who said what to whom, and when? Shirer in Rise & Fall of the Third Reich had access to an incredible trove of documents after Hitler’s regime ended. He was shocked that the Nazis documented everything so thoroughly.
That Server Farm could be much the same thing.
I’m thrilled to hear this news. It seems to me that Klaus, Billy, et al. potentially made a critical error by not bringing the leadership of India in on their scheme, like they did with the leaders of the West.
Re the legal action taken by the India Bar Association, attached is the 51 page complaint, containing much reference to the FLCCC and IVM studies that have been suppressed. (In case of link malfunction, cut and paste below.)
Additionally, this Epoch Times article, dateline today, contains some additional quotes from Dr. Kory and positive data on Indian states that have distributed IVM (i.e., Goa, Uttar Pradesh) as opposed to those that haven’t (Tamil Nadu); the IVM states are seeing reductions in cases whereas Tamil Nadu’s numbers are increasing.
An interesting story in itself would be the story behind the Indian Bar’s action–there must have been a mighty political struggle; IVM has been suppressed in the Indian media as well, and in various states, so it couldn’t have been easy to arise at a consensus to take action in the Indian Bar.
We await the day that the American Bar Association and AMA take similar action. Of course, don’t hold our breath–it’ll invite hypoxemia, hypoxia, fainting, injury, death (all those bright and lovely things cheerily warned against in TV ads for drugs…).
Just watching TrialSiteNews covering this: https://youtu.be/WenJhxVWekU

Or how big their buffers are, how much bigger than Bude.
