    ICU Clusters?

We’ve seen all along that SARS-CoV-2 is a cluster demon. It loves clusters. We’ve seen this in South Korea, in Madrid, in the Alps, in Sweden’s own ski resorts.

But what about ICUs? Aren’t they the perfect cluster scenario?

    china already did the study

Transport, and home.  Those are the primary sources for clusters.

Kinda makes a “lockdown” seem stupid.  Assuming, of course, we believe the reports coming out of China.

I also recall Cuomo saying the same thing.  “Home” is where the bulk of infections come from in New York.

Seriously, have you ever studied the science on this stuff?  It seems like you just make stuff up.

    ICU Clusters?

New Zealand which has handled the virus exceptionally well has a study on clusters.

https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/diseases-and-conditions/covid-19-novel-coronavirus/covid-19-current-situation/covid-19-current-cases/covid-19-significant-clusters

They have an interesting definition which happens to exclude members of the same household.

Last updated 1:00 pm, 6 July 2020.

A significant COVID-19 cluster is when there are ten or more cases connected through transmission and who are not all part of the same household. The cluster includes both confirmed and probable cases.”

It should be noted that New Zealand only has a little over 1500 cases so it is a small data set.
