For sure get tested today!! If you have COVID, go to an urgent care and get the monoclonal antibodies but don’t delay. They are an early treatment. My daughter just had flu A as did all her dorm.  Ask for a flu test and strep.  Tamiflu or Zofluza are great for flu but you have to treat early so don’t delay.  Keep up the FLCCC protocol too. ! I just said a prayer for you. Also, it very important to watch happy shows and read happy things. It helps your immune system humming.

I’m sorry that you aren’t feeling well. Just in case it is Covid here is some information that might be useful.

Dr Chetty thinks that Covid is a massive allergic reaction to the spike protein. He says there is a viral phase and an inflammatory phase around day 7 or 8. Maybe earlier now with the new variants.

The inflammatory phase is when people get into trouble with clotting in the lungs and low oxygen which can spiral into an overreaction from the immune system.

Here’s what I would take in addition to what you already have on hand with dosages that have worked for me. (I would stop taking elderberry or anything that stimulates the immune system in the inflammatory phase.)

-Claritin (most important and easy to find)
-Pepcid (if I had any gastrointestinal issues)
-Rhinocort Allergy Spray (Budesonide) This bottle can be opened and added to a nebulizer. I use 1ml in mine daily when I need it for allergies and the bottle has over 8mil. I have had a hard time finding this product locally. (I’m careful not to get these steroids in my eyes so I turn the machine off and on as needed- I think goggles when nebulizing steroids is a good idea.)
-Flonase nasal spray once daily. (I would probably nebulize this if I did not have budesonide but haven’t researched it.)
-600mg NAC twice daily (in the morning and before bed). This is hard to find locally these days.
-Quercetin 1800 mg daily (600mg with meals). This an antihistamine and a mast cell stabilizer as well. I’ve taken this amount with no issues but everyone is different.
-Mucinex 12 hour.
-Green tea is healing and also very comforting.
-Melatonin before bed.
-An enteric coated baby aspirin daily (if you are able to take aspirin).
-Tylenol regular dose every 6-8 hours as needed being careful to stick to bottle dosage exactly as liver failure happens often in the US. I always take NAC with Tylenol for safety.
-Make sure you have an oximeter to keep an eye on your oxygen levels. When using the oximeter I’ve found it is best to sit down for 10 minutes first and make sure my hands are warm and that my hands are below my heart – otherwise I don’t get an accurate reading.

I would not use Amazon as shipping is really backlogged and instead have these items delivered locally. I no longer trust Amazon for medicine or supplements as I think many are fake. I usually use iHerb or a local store.

This is just what I would do based on my opinions and research but I have no formal medical training at all – just a hobby in natural health especially medicinal herbs.

I hope you are feeling better soon!

Sadly no monoclonal antibodies in Canada. I might make an appointment for a test tomorrow.

Thank you so much. I’m down to a fever and nagging cough. I have a more energy and my pulse-ox never went below 93%. I have an appointment tomorrow to get a test. I honestly don’t want anyone else to know the results but if this isn’t covid then I have to do things differently than if it is.

It is weird, I’m afraid that the public health department will track me. In Australia they are putting them in covid camps. I haven’t heard of anything recently about covid detention camps in Canada but it makes me nervous.

In the end I had 3 bad days, I felt better in the afternoons after ivm. The worst symptoms were the endless phlegm and the sore throat (it was like razor blades trying to swallow) . The budo… (cortisol inhaler) I think helped me to turn the corner. Hubby seemed to have different symptoms fever for him started from the beginning and the cough but he had many more aches.

I pray it was covid and that we are able to reassure my family that we are “safe”.

If it were me, I would want to get tested so that I would know that I have natural immunity (assuming the test is positive.) Of course, you could also wait and then get an antibody test but I don’t know which test is more accurate as far as proving you had covid. I hope you and your husband continue to improve.

I should made the covid emergency pack but never got around to it

Day 6 and things don’t seem quite so rosy. I tossed and turned all night with fevered dreams. My fever shot up to 101. I left it go untreated to see if it will burn the virus out. It broke this morning and now I am back to a slightly high 97.7. There is a pain on my right hand side about belly button level and my headache is back with a vengeance.

Any suggestions? Do I keep treating with everything mentioned?
