I am not a lawyer but this has the ring of truthiness
It has to be law. Otherwise, an executive order is simply tyranny.
Congress makes laws for the public. If its not a congressional law, it doesn’t exist. At least that’s how I’m going to interpret it until the Democrat brownshirts tell me otherwise.
I’d read previously that Brandon had not signed a vaccine mandate executive order, but that is not true. I found the executive order:
This appears to be the most relevant part:
Sec. 2. Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees. Each agency shall implement, to the extent consistent with applicable law, a program to require COVID-19 vaccination for all of its Federal employees, with exceptions only as required by law. The Task Force shall issue guidance within 7 days of the date of this order on agency implementation of this requirement for all agencies covered by this order.
I am not a lawyer so I can’t comment on the truthiness of the order. I can however comment on the truthiness of Brandon and my comment is “Let’s go, Brandon!”
Does is really matter if the mandate is legal or not? Employers are forcing it, people are losing their jobs and if it goes to court, the judges always side with the employer.
