T-Complex After working out it is important to stretch well if you want the muscles to repair and build themselves well. Those under forty should spend thirty seconds holding each stretch. People over that age need to hang on longer; holding each stretch for a full minute is recommended. A good stretch helps to protect your muscle against injury during your workout.
