Maybe we need one or more people at every affected company to do this to push for our rights and those of our fellow employees.

It crossed my mind to submit a Whistle Blower type issue to the company where I work,

Maybe this leads to some disclosure. If not, possibly they acknowlege their awareness of the situation AND that they are not disclosing. Maybe that’s not so good for them at some point.

Something  in essense  – To”bring to your attention” a matter which you may not be aware. The shortcoming of the Federal Workers mandate is that any product your workers must get as a conditon of their empoyment  does not have the FDA approved status which is commonly believed. Please publicly diseminate this in a statement to your employees so that they have full knowledge and awareness of this.

Not doing this is an omission of very relevant and possibly consequential information.

There are those saying that the Pfizer products are the “same”.  The company ackowleges differences  between the two products but there is a frequent assertion that they are essentially the same by various parties. The issue  is that they are legally distint per the  company’s own statements.

Please don’t prevent your employees from receiving this information as it has a definite impact on their legal options if they were to experience an adverse reaction.

[Might or might not mention the nuremburg code implactions but this has potential to raise hackles as people think you are jumping to the Nazi comparisons… which they of course aren’t….they’re just following orders after all]

    Captured Bureaucracies

An FDA “approval” doesn’t really mean much anyway.

The FDA approval is all smoke and mirrors. There was an ad on last night that said the boosters were “FDA approved.” Yes, FDA approved for an EUA. Which is not the same as normal FDA approved. Same with “Comirnaty.”

Give me a decade plus of solid, peer reviewed research, and maybe, just maybe, I will consider purchasing what you are selling. Until then….

There ARE different legal avenues and options for the two status’.

The average person likely would prefer the product which they think has gone through the additional testing, the additional validation, likey  is “more safe” and offers the additional protections.

But….sorry about your luck.  That was the marketing pitch. It’s like showing up to the mattress store for their advertised $20 special and it just so happens the last new one was just sold. How about this slighly soiled, non returable one (just like the one you wanted) for the same price? They’re the “same” mattress, what do you say Sir? Sorry that’s not an apples to apples comparison, because at least there they DISCLOSE. The mandate and it’s public media coverage is significantly more shady.

Being a party to the mandate by subjecting their employees to it would seem to involve them in some form of factual omission.

At the very least, raise some doubts, make them uncomfortable and aware if they were unaware. Fight the psychological war.  Do it annonymously if it’s available.
