Did anybody else notice how much longer his nose was at the end?

    Antibody-Dependent Enhancement

Here is a 2012 paper from 2012 that shows the danger of antibody-dependent enhancement with SARS coronavirus. Abstract ends with the statement:

Caution in proceeding to application of a SARS-CoV vaccine in humans is indicated

This is the scientific paper:

https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article/file?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0035421&type=printable

This phenomenon also occurs with Dengue Fever and MERS.

Clinicaltrial.gov link on how to promote vaccine

In another forum, Someone posted a link  to clinical trials.gov regardign a study apparently exploring most persuasive language  to use when promoting vaccination for COVID. Did anyone see that and if so, would you please re-post here?

Thanks

Boy, does he exhibit every sign – of extreme discomfort and deceit.   He actually looks like he will have a heart attack or stroke, with that bulging forehead vein – and taking a sip of his drink at inappropriate time and then gagging and choking on it.

After that display, that stock should be tanking like a rock…  in all right.. That was the one i didnt like fauci having his hands in.. and the pump up and selloffby  insiders.. its dirty all the way.. dont touch this stock or this vaccine.

    Event 201 pandemic modeling

So the pandemic was war-gamed in October 2019 at Event 201. Interesting to see who was represented. Lots of interesting comments throughout the highlights video and other videos.

https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/videos.html

One notable conversation starts around the 8:13 min time on the “Highlights” video where they discuss suppressing “fake” information.

Another video clip talks about the WHO leading the response.

In light of the way things have played out, this reality seems just as familiar and coordinated as the modeling.

    “Who gets the vaccine first?”

Around the 2 minutes, she asks Gates that question.  Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was “Who will volunteer to be the Guinea Pig and take the risk of getting it first?”  Gates answered the question as if it was “Who will be the lucky ones to get the vaccine first?”

ADE – I am calling it a done deal right now.

I am going to make a prediction.  Usually, when I do, they are dead on.    The Vaccines are going to be produced and given in mass.  They will fail and in fact will be a catastrophe of proportions never seen in human history.     I am 180% positive that the beliefs of how this disease acts and how the vaccine acts is completely upside-down from common theory as I stated in a previous thread.    From my understanding , not only is it possible but it is likely that “ALL” diseases that do not confer life-time immunity after infection – can and do cause ADE or similar immune enhancement.    Think of it more like an allergy.  Most allergies are acquired.  Such as someone who received 150 bee stings, becomes allergic to bee stings.   You essentially become sensitized to contagion , or even possibly a very similar one.(cross sensitized)

The current theory is that the people who have mild or asymptomatic disease have some sort of immunity from a similar previous infection.   I argue the exact opposite.   That people who get mild illness , are naive to the disease.   It is the ones who have been pre-sensitized that are the ones with severe disease.  My arguments for this are as follows:

  • infants and young children are mainly spared from severe disease ( these children have had far less sensitizing exposures than most adults )
  • There is a perfect curve related to age and severity of symptoms. ( the older you are the more chance and time you could have a sensitizing exposure )
  • Healthcare workers are hit particular hard with severe illness regardless that they are generally very healthy young people. ( it makes sense that people in the healthcare would have more sensitizing exposures than average people )
  • black and ethnic minorities are hit particularly hard with severe illness ( poverty and low income are associated with poorer health in general and the population has higher rates of infectious disease likely do less sanitary conditions and living in close proximity to more people , hence, more exposures)
  • That random healthy people with no health issues that are very young have gotten severe illness with no explanation( this can actually be explained by having a the unfortunate fate of being one of the few being subject to a previous sensitizing exposure)
  • (updated 8/12)  – Family members seem to die together ( it is plausible that people living together have had the same infections”presensitized” – husbands and wives have died together, lending it is not because of genetics. )

As you can see, all these statements are true and consistent with what we are seeing and can be explained by this theory.  However, none of the converse can be explained. For instance,  Children and infants are spared mostly because they have had an exposure that protects them which older adults do not.

The followings is from wikipedia:

“The neutralization ability of an antibody on a virion is dependent on concentration and the strength of interaction between antibody and antigen. High-affinity antibodies can cause virus neutralization by recognizing specific viral epitopes. However, pathogen-specific antibodies can promote a phenomenon known as antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), which can be induced when the strength of antibody-antigen interaction is below the certain threshold.[13][14] There are multiple examples of ADE triggered by betacoronaviruses.[13][14] Non-human primates vaccinated with modified vaccinia Ankara virus encoding full-length SARS-CoV spike glycoprotein and challenged with the SARS-CoV virus had lower viral loads but suffered from acute lung injury due to ADE.[15] ADE has been observed in both severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) animal models allowing the respective viruses to enter cells expressing Fc𝛾R including myeloid lineage cells.[16] It was shown that the SARS-CoV-1 virus (SARS-CoV) can enter macrophages via a antibody-mediated pathway and it can replicate in these cells. [17] ADE of acute lung injury has been documented in animal models of both SARS and MERS. Rabbits intranasally infected with MERS-CoV developed a pulmonary infection characterized by viremia and perivascular inflammation of the lung, and an antibody response that lacked neutralizing antibodies.[18] The rabbits developed more severe lung disease on re-exposure to MERS-CoV, and developed neutralizing antibodies after reinfection.[18] In SARS, mice vaccinated with four types of vaccines against SARS-CoV, as well as those infected with SARS-CoV itself, developed neutralizing antibodies.[19] Mice were then challenged with live SARS-CoV, upon which all developed immunopathologic-type lung disease, although none had detectable virus two days after challenge and were protected compared to control.[19] The development of immunopathology upon exposure has been a major challenge for coronavirus vaccine development[19] and may similarly impact SARS-CoV-2 vaccine research. ADE in coronavirus infection can be caused by high mutation rate of the gene that encodes spike (S) protein. A thorough analysis of amino acid variability in SARS-CoV-2 virus proteins, that included the S-protein, revealed that least conservative amino acids are in most exposed fragments of S-protein including receptor binding domain (RBD). Therefore, antigenic drift is a most likely cause of amino-acids variability in this protein [14][20] and ADE. This drift can occur in a form of changes of both types of antigenic epitopes, including conformational and linear. The pathophysiology of SARS and COVID-19 diseases may be associated with ADE. The authors of the study[14] believe that ADE is a key step in the progression of disease from its mild to severe form. Onset of ADE, due to antigenic drift, can explain the observed sudden immune dysregulation, including apoptosis of immune cells, which promotes the development of T-cell lymphopenia and an inflammatory cascade with the lung accumulation of macrophages and neutrophils, as well as a cytokine storm. ADE goes along with reduction of Th1 cytokines IL2, TNF-α and IFN-γ and increase of Th2 cytokines IL-10, IL-6, PGE-2 and INF-α, as well as with inhibition of STAT pathway.[21]”

Please note the part towards the very end that states

The pathophysiology of SARS and COVID-19 diseases may be associated with ADE. The authors of the study[14] believe that ADE is a key step in the progression of disease from its mild to severe form.

So, if we give some legitimacy to this theory, which does seem clearly possible, what does this mean for the vaccines?

It means that all the people that get them can become sensitized to covid or a cross exposure , perhaps the cold.  It might not even happen the first few months.  It may happen sometime later even up to 36 mos.  What about if we have to take this vaccine 2 times a year for years?  what happens after taking many times, can this increase the risk of ADE like an acquired allergy?   What happens if you get another cold that crosses sensitivity.  How long should testing be for this vaccine with this unanswered questions?   12 mos, 36 mos?  or perhaps longer?

There is way too much evidence to tell me that this vaccine should not work and should be harmful.

  • there has never been a coronavirus vaccine
  • there has never been a vaccine for disease which you do not acquire immunity after being infected.
  • examples of clear ADE in similar diseases where no immunity is conferred from infection ( mers , sars, dengue )
  • anecdotal evidence as I have listed.
  • no measure given specifically in the vaccine production process that addresses ADE even with the known potential.
  • ADE in sars vaccine and in dengue vaccine that were given to human infants causing death.
  • (Update 8/12) It took 8 years for researches to discover ADE in Sars Cov1.

I will not be taking this vaccine under any circumstances for at least 3 years.

    do you like windows?

NJ-

Those are some interesting points.

Mr Gates is quite concerned with population growth.  He’s also a strong advocate of vaccines.

These two things may not be related.  They also might be related.  Especially in this instance.  He might even think he’s doing “God’s Work” in saving the planet.

I didn’t like Windows much at all.  I think I’ll pass on his annual, multiple, vaccine 1.0 dosings too.  I mean, it is possible they will be great.  A different outcome is possible as well.  I think I’ll take my chances with the viral self-defense we’ve learned here.

If part of the product launch involves getting our current “marketplace of ideas” to regularly suppress contrary opinions to enforce orthodoxy of thought…it suggests to me that they might be worried that the product might just not stand on its own merits.

Windows sure didn’t.

“What could possibly go wrong” when you vaccinate an entire planet’s population with a barely tested vaccine for a brand-new disease that was engineered in a lab?

“We really need to get billions of people to take the vaccine to stop this disease.”  Or words to that effect.

One of my teachers would suggest we “tune in” to Mr Gates.  Watch him speak.  How does he make you feel when you listen to him?

And go with that.

Gates Tries to Justify Side Effects of Fast-Tracked Vaccine

Mr Gates is quite concerned with population growth. He’s also a strong advocate of vaccines.

These two things may not be related. They also might be related. Especially in this instance. He might even think he’s doing “God’s Work” in saving the planet.

He openly says we can reduce the world population by 10-15% “if we do a really great job with new vaccines”, but we’re supposed to believe he doesn’t really mean what he openly says. The exact quote:

“The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s heading up to about nine billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care & reproductive health services, we could LOWER that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.”

His father was a eugenicist who used “family planning”/”reproductive health services” (abortion clinics) to depopulate (specifically Black Americans), and now Bill and Melinda are continuing that and the Rockefeller Foundation’s work on a grander/global scale:

As Corbett says, “the answer to the question “Who is Bill Gates?” is quickly becoming one of the most important questions of our lives.”
