Posting one of my messages here, in hopes of finally getting a reply:
Dr. Martensen, I have been emailing and calling since 4/11 with no replies, and hope this message will finally get a response. I registered for the Polyface farm event advertised on your home page back in March and would like to cancel my registration for a refund. When I saw the event wasn’t listed on the farm website, I tried to contact them, and again got no response.
At this point, I really just need a refund, please! I enjoyed your videos during 2020 but I’m unable to attend the farm event, and believe I’ve given plenty of notice.
