Happy for you to do so.

Maybe if I hear more of him I might find something that grabs me… who knows.

That’s kind of the point with this thread.

People are posting music clips that grab them and are expecting/hoping others will feel the same way basically upon the first listen.

So it’s kind of a big ask.

It’s a bit like auditioning for these music idol TV shows.

You get one shot to impress or you’re out the door.

Maybe they just chose the wrong song to sing on that day.

So what do you get when you merge hip-hop from Atlanta, with Bret from Flight of the Conchords, and kiwis playing ukeleles?  The Wellington International Ukelele Orchestra, of course.

Can’t believe this hasn’t been hung up here yet – kind of lulls you in for about 3 minutes, picks up a brick at about 3:30, hefts it from hand to hand and then at about 5:30 hits you in the face with it.

Note the 80s Billy Ray Cyrus mullett holdover

Same song, much better haircut –

And keeping a healthy dose of bluegrass – here are two more insanely talented musicians.  You’ll excuse me while I go burn my guitar and mandolin after watching this.

In this video Bryan doesn’t look old enough to pee yellow – oh yeah, more amazing flatpicking, watch the key changes and try to keep up –

Holy guacamole!  For a guy like me who cut his prog/fusion teeth on Al DiMeola back in the day, well, this takes it up a notch…DANG.
