Gr8tful, what an excellent thread!  It is good to be reminded there is beauty and creativity in the world too.

Rowmat, the young guitar protege you posted was fantastic!  Thanks; what a wonderful treat!  He didn’t happen to do the music in the movie August Rush, did he?  Somewhat similar styles.

I’m going to have to go back and listen to all the rest of the posts!

    Courageous Pup

Ah . . . . . . that all people could attain to this level of courage and commitment:

I like to think this video is not staged, but it begs the question of how so many camera angles captured the incident . . . . .

    The Cloud Appreciation Society

When you’re tired of reading about cons and contrails:  http://cloudappreciationsociety.org/.  Check out the photo gallery . . . amazing shots . . .

This is an activity near and dear to my heart, as I grew up in a family of aviators, and was always inspired by cloud formations.

Enjoy!

Thanks C1oudfire, the pictures are amazing. I thought this might make a nice segue. Video skyscapes set to the music of Keith Jarrett’s incomparable trio. It seems all the more appropriate because Jarrett’s music is also one of nature’s wonders. I’m a musician and pianist by trade, and I regard Jarrett as one of the world’s greatest living musical geniuses.
