Well said Sam. I would add that your comments Strabes represent practical responsible anarchy in action. Whatever views you might hold with regard to anarchy and ism’s.

Hi Don,

… Strabes represent practical responsible anarchy in action.

I must admit, I’ve never heard it put quite like that before!  Wink

Sam, I’m grateful for your words.  I also hear your own desire for growth.  Surrendering to true desire is beautiful.Smile

Don, wow that’s a great point.  Perhaps I should hold more hope.  It’s difficult in the face of such trouble in the world for me to hold it, but if we don’t have hope, then what is there?  I really needed your wakeup call.

It’s good to encounter you both (and Croatoan).  I feel a sense of peace and rest.  I’ll sleep more soundly tonight.

Thank you Strabes. I have not before felt so honoured to be a participant in this community. Your growth and humiliity are my goals too. I am overjoyed that we can discover the humanity in each other even through so narrow a medium and at such a distance. Your hope is shared.

Strabes,

Thank you for being such an optimist but I’m too old, cantankerous, and set in my ways. Yell (grumble, grumble)

Don’t let that stop you and Don, though. I admire people who seek to better themselves. Certainly there are a lot of folks out there who could use some improvement – myself excepted of course!  Wink

Good one Sam. So true.

I expect some practice at letting go might be our best preparation for our future. Old cat new tricks?

I think it was Babba Ram Das who claimed we should be here now. Mindless drivel if you ask me (missed that lesson) but each to their own. Much better to be a pig satisfied than a human dissatisfied (after Aristotle).

Just raving

Don
