FDA rejects pfizer booster shot for 16-65
Thanks, Bonesaw. In looking further, this was an FDA panel, separate from the corrupt ACIP (CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices) which meets next week on this issue? ACIP has almost no qualms about what untested poisons they’re willing to approve, but if ACIP goes against the booster, Biden has a major problem on his hands.
Yes, ACIP meets next week and they will influence the guidelines that the CDC will put out. If you look at the rosters a lot of members overlap between the two groups. Who knows what will happen, I guess we’ll get more clarity next week.
Nice overview of what we know about the vaccine up to this point:
I haven’t read anything, but the headline and a few comments from this thread, so this is an ignorant thought:
Could the FDA’s rejection be a delaying tactic so that Moderna could catch up to Pfizer?
As some have already said, this was the recommendation the FDA’s advisory panel voted for, not the FDA’s decision. The FDA can completely ignore it as they have done in the past.
I read that Fauci is already stating 3 doses will be required to be considered fully vaccinated. He believes agency approval is on the way.
What is strange is that the mainstream news is covering this story. Even Canada’s CBC News reported on it. Why does the CBC News want me to know about this?
That would make it seem odd when the FDA ignores the advice and approves the booster shots anyway. This story should have been flagged as fuel for anti-vaxxers and ignored by the mainstream media.
Why does the CBC News want me to know about this?
I like the way you think. This is a question that I need to ask myself more often.
