And the screws tighten… Promote Ivermectin or the FLCCC protocols and the iron boot will come down.

Excerpts from the story:

LOVELAND, Colo. — A Loveland family nurse practitioner has been ordered to pay 10s of thousands of dollars after failing to comply with a cease-and-desist order to stop illegally marketing and overstating the effectiveness of alleged cures for COVID-19, including the anti-parasite drug Ivermectin often used in animals, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office announced Thursday.

In addition to payment, Emme also agreed to the following in the consent judgment:

To not make any false or misleading statement in connection with the sale of health or medical services in Colorado

To not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated representations about the effectiveness of his therapies as treatments or preventative measures for COVID-19. This includes but is not limited to false, misleading, or unsubstantiated representations relating to Ivermectin, the MATH+ protocol, the I-Mask protocol, or intravenous vitamin therapy as treatments or preventative measures for COVID-19

To clearly disclose if treatments are approved by the Food and Drug Administration, if they are recommended by the National Institute of Health, if there are associated warnings or advisories by any federal or state government agency relating to the treatment or preventative measure, and if the treatment is experimental.

how about notifying people of clear consent of the clot shot? and it hazards.

These are not unsubstantiated claims – they should not pay this shit – and challenge – i am not sure how their is judgement – no one could have reviewed and concluded this this quickly. and certainly it would be impossible to come to this claim.

Further  regarding their statement regarding they must make a statement what is recommended and approved by those agencies.  what they need to do is make a statement of conflict of interest in those agencies approved drugs.

This needs to shoved so far up their asses

Hmm,

Remember that anti-nazis were condemned to their death by judges? I wonder if these heroes and heroines could have saved their lives by not dying after being shot to desrh: clearly they were right…

other forms of protest are needed if you ask me, plus, less open resistance: we are in it for the long haul. We should pull more and more people to our side.

So by these charges zero new medical treatments are possible since they would all go against what is currently recommended by the NIH and FDA for any specific disease. Same with various vitamins. They aren’t FDA approved to treat anything either. She needs a good lawyer that will fight this all the way to the gates of hell. This could be a great way to get evidence out there in the public eye. Are medical personnel no longer allowed to offer their personal opinions on anything? Must everyone always toe the party line?

It’s kind of amusing because these publications serve to arouse people’s curiousity about alternative treatments, especially because many must be wondering why the pandemic endlessly drags on.

“To not make any false or misleading statement in connection with the sale of health or medical services in Colorado”

Sorry, I don’t get what the SALE of health is. Is this a typo for state of health? Or is that what our sick-care system is officially doing now?

Thank you,
