4500 out of 397,000 is about a 1.1% sample, and self selected (includes me), so conclusions should be considered highly tentative, maybe outright speculative. We might get more actionable information from an insistent survey of as few as 100 randomly selected members, pushing for a response rate of 50% or more (explain purpose, repeat invitations to non-responders, offer gifts for completing the survey). In any case, please never calculate a p-value from these data to describe the PP audience or membership.

Hi again Adam,

I know I must have missed this in the survey write-ups, graphs and/or tables, but can you direct me to the page/slide of the race/ethnicity of survey respondents in either the full report or your two articles; or provide the information/slide on this thread? Thanks! 🙂
