Shanghai Government Officially Recommends Vitamin C for COVID-19
I take 9-12 grams of mushroom extracts from 8 species , daily , for a long time (OK, sometimes I take a few days break). I’m satisfied and convinced of the beneficial effects on my immunity and health but I don’t think it’s good for us to take mushroom extracts AFTER being diagnosed with COVID-19.
I love Chaga (that someone warmly recommend on the other Megathread ) and Turkey Tail and use them daily , for my diseases , single version or in combination with other mushrooms but if I’m sick I think I’ll only stay with Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane which are clearly proven in all the studies on PubMed as decreasing inflammation in the body.
I think someone (more competent than me) should try to make a clear distinction between what we need to do before, during and after we have been infected.
I understood (I may be mistaken) that there are some universal supplements: Vitamin A, D, C, Quercetin, Zinc, Selenium, Cordyceps, probiotics that can be taken all the time
I love Curcumin as much as mushrooms and I take large doses of it daily. Now , I wonder if I’m doing right .
Eg : when can I take Curcumin, EGCG, Resveratrol, before or after I find out I’ve been infected?
