Corporate world: vaccine mandate? (Full FDA approval)
I work for a large tech company. I won’t take the vaccine. To prepare ahead of a possible vaccine mandate, I’d like to consult with an attorney who might give guidance about how best to manage the process (for what it’s worth). The company is based in California, but I live in another state. Any recommendations for an attorney or how to find one who could advise?
Re: brushhogs prediction
It might even get better / worse.
Add to the brain drain that the big corporation are left with people that will need vaxx booster shots in perpetuity, and many of them will eventually succumb to the side effects. Now you’re talking about real brain drain.
Our governor just announced that all medical workers in Maine will be required to vaccinate. From what I hear we have a large older, vaccine hesitant population of medical workers here and the system is already under strain. I wonder how this is going to play out?
^^ I predict it will backfire spectacularly and our medical system will become worthless in short order.
In my area the hospital system we have(Valley Health) has given a vax mandate by Sept 7. Some employees are trying to organize and unionize but so far their numbers are low and I fear they will fail. Northam has also mandated state employees in Virginia but i have not heard any scuttle or seen any opposition yet. It feels like we are in a race to vax all before the failure shows itself(but i purely speculate here). i sure hope folks seeking attorney start suing as well.
Sanity may win out after all….
Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines will not require employees to get vaccine
Maybe a lead for an attorney. Near the end the lawyer mentions some legal type forms that can be used. I haven’t chased them down.
LibertyDog – wish I knew a good legal route or who to contact to look into the legality of these. If you hear from anyone about possibilities, please share. So far, I’ve heard of lawsuits, but the courts have not been siding with those opposed to the mandates. Makes me wish I had gone to law school. I know the front line doctors have been bringing lawsuits up against the mandates. I wonder if they would be a good resource to check with?
LibertyDog – FYI – Just sent you a PM that might help you out.
Perhaps a legal route is not the way to go since the courts are not siding with people’s freedoms. Maybe protesting in front of the businesses would be better. Nothing like bad press to make companies change behavior.
I still can’t see how the FDA can approve the mRNA gene therapies when the phase 3 trials are not scheduled to be done until next year. I read an article saying that they have had more testing than most other medicines on the market. How can that be in less than a year of use? Mind blowing….
