Mohammed (or anyone),  you ever look into private placements from Grayscale?  They allow a buy-in at NAV of either their Bitcoin or Ethereum trusts and have a lockup period of 6-12 months.  They charge a 2.5% expense and the shares become tradeable on an exchange after the lockup.   These generally trade at a pretty high premium which you capture on disposition.
