Benadryl and quercetin
Benadryl and quercetin are the same thing, according to my Doctor. I disagree, Benadryl gives me brain fog and quercetin doesn’t. Since I imagine most of us here at PP are already taking quercetin, a glass or two of milk should probably be included in our daily regimen. If milk bothers your digestion, I wonder if yogurt or kefir would do the same thing, or is it the lactose that is the ‘magic’? Does anyone here know?
They are definitely NOT the same thing! Your Doctor might not know what they are talking about.
I am confused by your dairy question though. Are you asking do you need to take a dairy item with quercetin? because if that’s the question you do not. I don’t drink dairy often and I take quercetin daily and I feel a difference!
DaveFairtex posted about the combination of lactoferrin and Benadryl here https://www.peakprosperity.com/omg-omicron/
Lactoferrin is in milk.
Giving you doctor the benefit of the doubt, it looks like quercetin in an antihistamine https://www.low-histamine.com/nutrition/quercetin/
But using it a quick Duck Duck Go search gives me nothing for Benadryl and zinc ionophore.
So the question I would have for your doctor is, if quercetin and Benadryl are the same thing why would he ever recommend Benadryl since it is has so many side effects?
So does he mean that they are similar in that they both have an effect on Covid symptoms? Because that is true. Benadryl combined with lactoferrin is showing some promising results. Quercitin with zinc is also extremely beneficial. But by no means are they the same THING. https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/FLCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
I agree, not the same thing. FLCCC has had some luck with Claritin IIRC.
My guess, and it is just a guess, is that antihistamines help knock down some of the inflammatory response and quercetin has some antihistamine properties.
