    Artemisia and Madagascar

After learning that some Chinese had positive results using Artemisia annua to treat covid 19,  the Madagascar President is giving away Artemisia annua to everyone in Madagascar as a preventative.

So far there are no deaths in Madagascar and 193 cases with 92 active.  https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/madagascar/

Another name for Artemisia annua is Sweet Wormwood. Anyone can buy it OTC as a supplement without a prescription.

    Artemisia and Madagascar

There are many Artemisia species with powerful properties in different cultures.  In Madagascar and Africa they use A. annuum as antimalarial and antiparasitical. In the middle east A. absinthum was in use while in central Asia A. arboretum is in use.

There are probably many more.

A few days ago, news about the Madagascar Covid-organics came into the public domain.  Youtube inmediately took it down, and within hours, the WHO issued its concern about the preparation.

Another natural supplement might be grapefruit, which contains quinine itself, but also inhibits the liver enzyme which breaks down quinines.  Just like HCQ it is risky for heart patients.
