    2001 collapse of Argentina, a survior’s tale

An hour disappeared this morning when I stumbled across this.

http://frugalsquirrels.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=044387;p=1

It is written by an Argentinean architect as he recounts
everything he has gone through post 2001 collapse in his country, long
post but full of intriguing possibilities for us and what he has done
to deal with it. Lots of references to carrrying a gun at all times –
he was one who never even pondered firearms before the collapse but was
forced to to survive.  Has sections on utilities, crime, black market, etc.  Also a section on "What would I have done
differently if I had seen this coming" – very good read overall.

Doh!  Mispelled survivor in the original title.  Apparently you can edit a reply but not an original post.
