Chris Martenson’s Crash Course describes the interdependence and the converging challenges of the 3 E’s: Economy, Energy, and the Environment. Chris explains the fundamental structure of our currency, and our debt situation, shedding “light on the limits of our present economic model of infinite growth as we increasingly face the realities of a planet with finite resources.” While viewing the 45 minute video version of the Crash Course, we will weave group discussion and music in among the presentation, in order to deepen our understanding of the current crisis we face and to open a pathway to prepare and protect our families and our community. Please come join us.

We are pleased to hold this event at the Sebastopol Grange, with the endorsement of Transition Sebastopol, two organizations working on building local community resilience. For more information about the Crash Course, go to www.chrismartenson.com.

For more information about this event, please call (707) 888-9646 or e-mail Suzie.

Clarification about the Crash Course Event

Hi everyone,

I just want to clarify that Chris will not be attending this event.  We will be showing the 45 minute version of the Crash Course.  We will have copies of Chris' new book available for purchase.

I hope to see you there.

rsvp?

Hi Suzie,

I was just wondering if we should RSVP or do anything else to prepare for this event? Should we just drop in?

Thanks,

Kevin

Re: RSVP

Kevin,

There is no need to RSVP.  You can just drop in.  The Grange hall is pretty large, so we can accomodate a good sized crowd.

I look forward to meeting you.

I went to the presentation

I went to the presentation tonight; it seemed to go very well. That was a nice surprise visit from Adam. I was very glad to see such a large turnout - more than I was expecting. It gives me hope for my community. It is easy to start to feel alone in all of this, especially when family are uninterested.

Thanks to those who organized the event. I hope you will keep us apprised of future meets.
