has anyone eaten any of this stuff?

I would like to get some feedback on who has actually used these products. How are they for taste, quality and quantity? Are they satisfying or does one feel like they are eating crappy mush? I know that in dire straights crappy mush is better than nothing, but I am curious to know what others have experienced with this type of food.
