A great article that discusses the many benefits of using ginger root to combat the feeling of nausea, upset stomach and as a digestive aide.  Fresh root is best but also having some in dried tea form works well too.  Keep in mind that organic ginger root can be planted in container pots and grown as a nice house plant.
